While working at Antoine & Stanley, I was eager to learn more about UX. I came across the Tractor Design School and enrolled in their UX Industry Level course. My final brief was based on a real life problem - Art Gallery NSW noticed a decline of ticket sales and attractions were dropping and the museum needed to understand why. I worked in a team where we discovered and categorised some of these issues. After intensive fact finding we strategised solutions. My contribution was based on an “in the know” notification service that automatically sends a prompt reminder on a locked mobile screen.
